Update a changelog entry (status change needs changelog.publish)

:::openapi-operation PATCH /api/v1/workspaces/{workspace}/changelog/{id} AUTH bearerAuth :::

Changes only the fields in the body. tags replaces the whole tag set and takes the same tags and aliases as createChangelog. A status change needs the changelog.publish permission. When the org reviews changes from agent keys, a change to a published entry, or a status that publishes an entry, answers 202 with the proposal that holds it.
